Danach werde ich auf einige ausgewählte Motivationstheorien eingehen. Im folgenden Teil der Arbeit werde ich mich dann mit ausgewählten Anreizen befassen und hierbei zunächst auf die monetären und dann auf die nichtmonetären eingehen. Zum Abschluss der Arbeit folgt dann noch eine kurze Schlussbetrachtung.
